Integrated solar street light refers to a high-pole lighting facility with a pole height equal to or greater than 20m, which is used as a large-area lighting facility for urban roads and highways, squares, stadiums, airports, ports and docks. 1. Check whether the hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion and anti-loosening measures of fasteners of all ferrous metal components (including the inner wall of the lamp pole) of the high-pole lighting facilities meet the requirements.
2. Check the verticality of the high pole lighting facilities (the theodolite must be used to measure and test regularly as required), and the allowable error of the pole should be less than 3‰ of the pole height. The straightness error of the pole axis shall not be greater than 2% of the pole length.
3. Check whether the outer surface of the lamp pole and the welding seam are corroded. For those who have experienced a long service period but cannot be replaced, use ultrasonic inspection methods, magnetic particle inspection and other inspection methods to detect and test the welding seam if necessary.
4. Check the mechanical strength of the lamp panel to ensure the safe use of the lamp panel. For the closed lamp panel, check its heat dissipation.
5. Check the fastening bolts of the lamp bracket and reasonably adjust the projection direction of the lamp.
6. Carefully check the use of the wires (flex cables or cords) in the lamp panel to see if the wires are subjected to excessive mechanical stress, aging, cracks, exposed wires, etc. If there is any unsafe phenomenon, it should be dealt with immediately.
Most of the integrated solar street lights are high-pole lights. The advantage is that the high-pole light product is a large area. The overall lighting requires a light source with a high height and a very strong brightness. The high-pole lights can meet these requirements.
