Introduction to the difference between split and integrated solar street lights

Solar roads still have many kinds of lights, different kinds, different scenes, they adapt. For example, monolithic street lights and split street lights seem to be different in structure at first glance, but the difference between them is not only this. Understand the difference between them, you can also know what kind of street light you need, and reduce some unnecessary troubles when buying.
1. Integrated solar street light
In our lives, many things we come into contact with are developing in a smaller, more refined, and more practical direction. Solar street lights are no exception. From the outside, the integrated street light has only one lamp holder. In fact, this lamp cap already includes solar panels, light sources and batteries. The overall design is more concise in appearance.
This kind of street lamp is still very simple to install. Unlike split street lights that require complicated assembly, threading and wiring, they only need to be installed on a lamp post. Street lights with this structure are usually designed to be more intelligent and can better adapt to lighting scenes, such as lights and shadows, which can effectively save electrical energy storage and improve lighting efficiency.
However, it should be noted that the larger the area of the same panel, the higher the photoelectric conversion efficiency, and the capacity of the battery is proportional to the volume. Therefore, for integrated street lights, the volume is limited, and the area of the battery board and the volume of the battery are also limited. Therefore, it is not suitable for places with higher lighting requirements, and can only be used for places with lower configuration requirements.
In addition, there is a hoop-shaped street light, which is the most commonly used place where there are ready-made light poles. For places that meet the installation requirements, integrated street lights are more suitable and can be well adapted to this environment.
2. Split solar street light
This kind of street lamp can be said to be the most common solar street lamp with the widest application range. Whether on the road or in the square area, this street lamp is very practical. In addition, split street lights are also most suitable for places in the garage where lighting is needed, because only in this way, solar panels can be placed in the sun to receive lighting, and the light source can be placed indoors for easy lighting.
So when I don’t know which solar street light to choose, there is basically no big problem in choosing this kind of light.
In addition, it should be noted that split street lights will also have an external battery to store electrical energy and discharge. In the past, lead-acid batteries were often used. This kind of battery is large in size, small in capacity, and cannot be deeply discharged. Their efficiency is not very good. There are basically few lithium iron phosphate batteries installed. They performed very well in all aspects. During the installation process, care should be taken not to be too short to be installed on the light pole, nor too shallow to be buried in the ground to avoid theft.
Due to the separation of each component, the split street lamp has higher flexibility in the configuration of each component, and can be easily designed according to the lighting requirements, which is very practical for areas with long rainy days.
