Since the lamp pole is generally formed by inserting two or more sections of pole, special attention shall be paid to the orientation of the water chestnut during installation. Generally, it is the butt weld of the crater. If the orientation is incorrect, the insertion will not be in place or the insertion will be biased.
The round pole of high pole lamp is much easier than that of multi angle pole. Whether in production or installation, the round pole is generally a knife when rolling the pole, that is, a steel plate is rolled into a whole pole, and only one weld needs to be processed. After welding, there is no need to use a straightening machine. The light pole of high pole lamp can be inserted freely without looking for the direction during installation.
Therefore, the bearing capacity of the multi angle lamp pole is larger than that of the round lamp pole, and the price is higher. If the height of the high pole lamp in the square is less than 20 meters, we can choose either the multi angle pole or the round pole. However, the higher the height of the high pole lamp, the heavier the lamp panel and the stronger the wind force will be. Naturally, the higher the requirements for the high pole lamp pole will be. Therefore, for the high pole lamp with a height of more than 20 meters, the multi angle pole will be used to ensure the safety and reliability of the high pole lamp; For the high pole lamps below 20 meters, if the round pole has met the operating requirements, it is unnecessary to use the multi angle pole lamp pole, which can also save costs.
