The installation site of solar street lamps should be selected with smooth drainage around. If there are rivers and puddles within a radius of 10 meters, the water surface of the rivers and puddles must be 2m lower than the surface of the foundation; there are no obstacles around (determined according to the height of the installed lamps) and dangers such as high-voltage lines. Items; there are no electric cables, optical cables, drainage pipes and other public facilities underground at the installation site.
According to the conditions of the construction site, the construction personnel have the responsibility to question the unreasonable selection of the installation site and stop the construction, and report the situation to the relevant person in charge within the first time.
Before construction, prepare the tools needed to make the foundation of solar street lamps and select construction personnel with construction experience; select appropriate cement in strict accordance with the foundation map of solar street lamps, and special acid and alkali resistant cement must be used in places with high soil pH; fine sand and gravel There must be no impurities such as soil that affect the strength of the concrete; strictly follow the size of the solar street light foundation drawing (the construction size is determined by the construction personnel) and excavate the pit along the road; place the pit for 1 to 2 days after the excavation is completed, and check whether there is groundwater seepage out.
If there is groundwater seepage, stop the construction immediately; the bottom of the tank where the battery compartment is placed in the foundation must add a 5×Ф80 drainage hole or follow the requirements of the drawing. In the foundation, the upper surface of the embedded ground cage must be level (measured and tested with a spirit level), and the anchor bolts in the ground cage must be perpendicular to the upper surface of the foundation. The installation of solar street lamps can only be carried out after the foundation of solar street lamps has passed the acceptance.
