Pole Technical Requirements
1. The main pole of the lamp post is galvanized square tube according to the drawings. The wall thickness is 3.5mm. The power of the light source is LED 30W.
2. The whole part of the lamp post is fully welded, and the welding is even and firm. The welding quality meets the requirements of GB/T12469, and there are no defects such as cracks, slag inclusion, welding, burning, crater, no wrinkles and interruption.
3. The allowable deviation of the pole should meet the following specifications:
1) Length tolerance is ±0.5% of the length of the rod;
2) Shaft straightness tolerance should be <1‰;
3) Shaft cross-sectional diameter, diagonal or diagonal margin tolerance should be ± 1%;
4) The allowable deviation of the elevation angle of the lamp arm should be ±1%.
4. Light pole anti-corrosion (including lamp post, flange, rib plate, lamp post, lamp installation joint) is sprayed with hot dip galvanized surface. The anti-corrosion quality meets the requirements of GB/T9790, among which hot dip galvanized layer ( The average thickness of the inner and outer sides is not less than 85μm. The light rod spray should be made of high quality outdoor pure polyester plastic powder with an average thickness of ≥100μm. The sprayed layer is uniform, complete and smooth, and its adhesion meets the requirements of relevant standards.
5. The inspection door below the pole is parallel to the axis of the pole, 400mm away from the ground, 320mm×120mm access door, the grounding terminal in the door; the edge of the door and the door cover is smooth and flat, and the door and door are assembled and the door is assembled. The gap is not more than 2mm, the door cover is interchangeable, and has effective and reliable anti-theft measures.
6. The rest of the fasteners except the foundation are made of 304 stainless steel. All fasteners must be relaxed.
7. The material of the lamp cap is die-cast aluminum, and the weight of the light source is 8KG-9KG.
8. Wind resistance rating: 12 levels.
