(1) Lamppost
1. The lamp pole is made of high-quality low-carbon steel Q235A, with silicon content not more than 0.04%, and the straightness error of large bending machine is not more than 0.2%. The wind resistance of the lamp pole is designed according to the 11 level 36.9 m/s, and the seismic intensity is 8.
2. The total height of the pole is X meters, the upper diameter is X mm, the lower diameter is X mm, and the wall thickness is X mm. There is a flange at the bottom of the lamp pole, and the distance between the flange mounting holes is Ø X, which is installed on the foundation through the anchor bolts. (X is the parameter set by the user or configured by the company as usual)
3. The welding method of lamp pole is automatic submerged arc welding. The welding is reliable, the surface is smooth, and there is no obvious air hole, weld bead, undercut and other welding defects. The ultrasonic flaw detection meets the requirements of GB11345 Class II welding standard.
4. Steel poles shall be internally and externally hot-dip galvanized for anti-corrosion treatment. The galvanizing process includes pickling, hot-dip galvanizing, water washing, phosphating, passivation and other processes. The zinc coating has a smooth surface, uniform luster, no wrinkles or sagging, peeling, spots, and defects on both male and female surfaces. The thickness of the zinc coating is more than 86um, meeting the standard/T13912-92. The adhesion of the zinc coating meets the requirements of GB2694-88, and the anti-corrosion life exceeds 30 years.
5. After hot-dip galvanizing, the lamp pole shall be electrostatic sprayed (color can be selected), and sanded before spraying to increase adhesion. During spraying, the curing time and temperature shall be strictly controlled to ensure that the plastic layer is uniform, smooth and free of pores. The thickness of the spraying layer is greater than 10Oum, the adhesion reaches GB9286-880, the surface is smooth, and the hardness is greater than 2H.
(2) Luminaires
1. The lamp body and lampshade are made of aluminum alloy die-casting, and the surface is treated by electrostatic spraying. The structure is light and corrosion resistant. The anti-corrosion performance of lamp housing is Grade II; The protection grade is IP65; The shockproof grade is I. Comply with the requirements of “Lighting Safety Requirements and Testing” (GB7000.1-2000).
2. The reflector is made of high-purity aluminum and is electrochemically polished by anodic oxidation. It has the characteristics of stable optical performance and high reflectivity.
3. The light transmitting cover is made of arc high-strength tempered glass, which can withstand the high temperature above 200 ℃, with high light transmission and impact resistance.
4. The reflector, tempered glass cover and lamp holder are bonded with the sealing adhesive to form an internal bubble exchange structure with good sealing performance. The sealing ring can withstand high temperature above 250 ° C, and the sealing grade reaches IP66.
