3.Welding adopts CNC automatic closing machine welding. This equipment integrates the functions of collecting port and welding, which overcomes the traditional need for spot welding to close the integrity of the entire straight welding seam; the welding seam is formed at one time, the surface is uniform, and the straightness is not more than 2%.
4.In the whole production process, the company has two plastic surgery. 5.The production of street light poles adopts galvanizing process and galvanizing equipment, which solves the problem that aluminum spraying and zinc spraying can only be one kind of physical combination, and the problems of poor adhesion of zinc-titanium alloy and short service life are not formed.
